Bachelor’s degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in UX Design.
An online portfolio showing experience designing web or mobile applications.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary product teams (research, product management, program management, engineering, etc) on design, technical implementation, and shipping software experiences.
Experience working with and/or designing products for people with disabilities.
Demonstrated ability to act as a leader in communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale, all within a user-centered design process.

Responsibilities
Partner with UXR, Product Management, and Engineering to drive features from research to implementation and roadmap capabilities for UX features
Leverage user research to influence stakeholders and improve product designs and strategy
Partner with product management to drive design solutions and user experience design
Bridge business stakeholders, the customer, and the product experience building consensus across organizational boundaries
